1 month travelling from north Vietnam through to the south. We’ve travelled the world, yet Vietnam is still one of our favourite places we’ve ever visited. It was truly a trip of a lifetime! Places visited (in no particular order): Hanoi, Ha Long bay, Ninh Binh, Tam Coc, Da Nang, China Beach, Hoi An, Cua Dai beach, Nha Trang, Vinpearl Land, Da Lat, Cu Chi tunnels, Cao Dai temple, Phu Quoc, Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon.

Vietnamese Coffee

We’re now ridiculously behind on our posts, nearly two full countries behind to be exact so we need to start writing. In the meantime here’s a video I found showing how to make the best drink possibly ever…well, after beer maybe.

Vietnamese coffee is best served over ice, the flavour is so rich, sweet and smooth you could drink glass after glass, we found ourselves craving it. Mum and Dad I can picture your faces now when you see the condensed milk, we cringed too when we saw it but the stuff is magical.
